Why Does It Feel Like I Have A Rubber Band Around My Ankle

I had been experiencing tingling at the bottom of both feet and a feeling of tight rubber bands around my right ankle.

Why does it feel like i have a rubber band around my ankle.

Nerve and muscle tests did not point to an answer for the symptoms. It s been going on for a few months now. I woke up with this pain like a crushing band around my left foot. I ve been having a similar pain today.

I have this on my l foot and the other just mildly so. Does anyone else have this. It is very disturbing. Xray and ultrasound showed plantar fasciitis tendonitis and heel spur.

I have been diagnosed years ago w chronic pain in my back and legs told i had sciatica and coyxedina but recently i have been having pain issues w feeling of a tightening like a rubber band feeling around my right ankle and my feet feel like they are ice cold and now it is starting to happen in both ankles. It gets tighter feeling and the loose for awhile but never goes away. I also had tkr and epidural in public hospital. However i also have a very tight sensation like a rubber band wrapping around the upper calf below the l knee.

The band has suddenly extended farther down and is affecting the entire leg. It s only on one side it feels like a rubber band is around the middle of my calf about where trouser socks hit. I have a tight feeling around my ankles like a one inch band is strangling them. I have it around both ankles i just had an episode and he the band sensation around my leg just below the knee.

Everytime i have a flare i keep the new symptoms i also have more numbing on the right leg. It is painful sometimes it feels like i m wearing a numbing sock. Tight sock syndrome is a feeling of wearing socks on your feet all the time. Epidurals do help but i m not gonna do them just for this stupid pain.
