When i bend over to garden why do i feel like a rubber band is snapping in my lower back. Every once in a while it feels like a rubberband is tightening around my left ankle.

Nerve and muscle tests did not point to an answer for the symptoms. However i also have a very tight sensation like a rubber band wrapping around the upper calf below the l knee. It feels like a rubber band being pulled. I had been experiencing tingling at the bottom of both feet and a feeling of tight rubber bands around my right ankle.

It s only on one side it feels like a rubber band is around the middle of my calf about where trouser socks hit. H ive been having this weird feeling like there is hair around my right baby toe for 2 days now. I have this on my l foot and the other just mildly so. Epidurals do help but i m not gonna do them just for this stupid pain.

It s been going on for a few months now. Yes both my ankles hurt alot and feel like there s a rope tied around them. Feeling like there is a hair around the 5th toe baby toe by. Tight sock syndrome is a feeling of wearing socks on your feet all the time.

I work as a waitress so i stay on my feet a lot. I suspect it s idiopathic peripheral neuropathy reported the doctor there is no known cure and it will in all probability get worse. I have been diagnosed years ago w chronic pain in my back and legs told i had sciatica and coyxedina but recently i have been having pain issues w feeling of a tightening like a rubber band feeling around my right ankle and my feet feel like they are ice cold and now it is starting to happen in both ankles. On the back side of my leg behind my knee there is a pain when walking up inclines and isn t too painful.

It is painful sometimes it feels like i m wearing a numbing sock. I keep checking it again and again to see if there s anything there but nope.
